Ma Foi Randstad is now Randstad India
Ma Foi started its journey 20 years ago, with a goal to revolutionize the HR space
in India. And during this journey we have led the way by introducing many indigenous
concepts to suit our market and by bringing advanced concepts from the developed
markets, which has benefitted both the employer and the employee. From a job seeker
having to pay to find a job to making the employer pay to find the talent, to introducing
the temporary staffing to the country , it has been an exciting and enriching journey
for us and we are happy to see that it has also helped the industry grow multi-fold
in the last two decades.
