A successful business leader of global standing, Dr. Moorthy heads India's leading HR services organization, Randstad India. Dr. Moorthy has over 25 years of domestic and international experience with Fortune 50 organizations like Microsoft, GE and other Industry leading companies.
Dr. Moorthy was earlier the Global Head and General Manager of Microsoft Academic Programs at their corporate headquarters in Redmond, USA. He has held numerous leadership positions in Microsoft including GM and Country Head for the Developer and Platform Division of Microsoft India and CEO of Microsoft IT-Global.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Dr. Moorthy was the President & CEO of GE Infrastructure-India Technology Centre (GEI-ITC) and Managing Director of GE Fanuc Systems.
He has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Spring Hill College, Alabama.
