Business organizations must have mandatory security measures in place so women employees are confident that their organization will back them in case of any security issues, speakers at a seminar on "Role of Technology in Ensuring Women Safety in Corporates" said on Tuesday.The seminar, hosted jointly by software sector body Nasscom and city-based Smart Cloud Infotech, discussed the different aspects of security measures for women employees.Sanjay Tungar, deputy commissioner of police (Cyber Crime Cell), said it was important that women, who suffer from incidences challenging their security, bring such experiences to the notice of authorities or police.
