Salary and employee benefits (48%) continue to be the top driver for the Indian workforce while choosing an employer, says a recent survey. However, salary's importance has decreased from last year (six per cent decrease from 2015), according to the Randstad Award survey on employer branding independently conducted with more than 2,00,000 respondents in 25 countries worldwide. Other drivers are long term job security (46%), the company's financial health (43%), a pleasant workplace atmosphere (40%) and good work-life balance (38%).
