Randstad Award 2014

Microsoft emerged as the winner of the Randstad Award 2014 for the fourth year in a row and was awarded the ‘Most Attractive Employer’ in the country, followed by Sony India as the Runner-Up. The Randstad Award 2014 event was held at New Delhi, where Special Recognition awards were won by Larsen & Toubro in the Infrastructure Sector, State Bank of India (SBI) in the Banking Sector, Taj Group of Hotels in the Hospitality Sector and TATA Power in the Energy Sector.

Randstad Award 2013

Microsoft India emerged as the winner of the Randstad Award 2013 for the third consecutive year and was awarded the 'Most Attractive Employer' in the country followed by HP India which was awarded the first runner-up. ONGC was awarded special recognition in the Energy sector, L&T in the infrastructure sector and SAIL in the Manufacturing sector, respectively.

Microsoft India emerged as the winner of the Randstad Award 2012 for the second consecutive year and was awarded the 'Most Attractive Employer' in the country. Oracle India came in second place and Tata Consultancy Services in third place. Volkswagen India and Nokia India were awarded special recognition in the Auto sector and Consumer durables industry sector, respectively.

In 2011, Microsoft was the winner of the first edition of the Randstad Award and was awarded "The Most Attractive Employer" in India closely followed by Larsen & Toubro which came in second place. The five industry toppers were Volkswagen (Auto and Auto consulting), Ernst and Young (Consulting), ONGC (Energy), SAIL (Manufacturing) and Taj Group (Travel and Hospitality).
