    Position Title: Resolution Generalist (CRE)
    Location: Hyderabad

    • Need to solve customer queries
       
    • Excellent comm skills
       
    • Hindi speaking Mandatory
       
    • Freshers are also considered.
       
    • No of working days - 5days
       
    • Rotational Shifts - 9hrs (8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm, 1pm - 10pm)
       
    • weekend leave will be given once in a month during rotational shifts.
       
    • Drop will be provided for the late evening shifts.
       
    • Candidate can be from any industry background who has similar experience
       
    • Selected candidates will be having 45 days of training.
       

  • interview process

    • Amcat test - Written / Spoken / Analytical ( 45mins timer test with the camera on).
       
    • Functional test
