account manager-agents in delhi / ncr

?- Create and maintain positive relationships with Agents
- Receive Agent booking requests through online and offline channels, and ensure these bookings are processed correctly and efficiently
- Receive Agent change requests, and communicate these directly to the hotel (or via the hotel account management team, as appropriate)
- Be the key point of contact for Agent special requests related to bookings
- Work through operational detail of group bookings
- Resolve all issues impacting or involving the Agent
- Be the central point for complaints resolution between Agent and any services provided
- Facilitate enquiries of all types for B2B business with the Agent
- Update B2B customer website extranets with information on pricing and availability as required
- Manage all aspects of the operational and administration side of the Agents business,
- Manage all aspects of the Agent engagement with the B2B distribution site, including training, user queries, user ID management, logging improvement ideas and complaints
- Upsell services whenever possible

qualification

- At least 5 years relevant customer service experience
- A successful track record of working with hotels
- An understanding of reservations and dynamic pricing of hotels
- Attention to detail and ability to check own work diligently
- Passionate about the travel and hospitality business, and willingness to visit Agenda customers on a very regular basis
- Must speak and write English fluently, plus fluency in the local language if relevant.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
