?Main duties and responsibilities

- Finance
Strategic Financial Planning for the year and sourcing funds such as capital injection, ECB, Business Loans etc.
Profitability study of business plan/products & cost comparison
Monthly Expenses Variance Analysis and implementing cost control measures.
Product Costing for Import of products and study on duty and applicable taxes for importation
Budgeting and Forecasting for the year
Transfer Pricing Study and concluding Mark-up and managing Cost-plus invoicing mechanism
Cash-flow analysis and due diligence of expenses
Mid-Term and Long-Term Financial planning for India
Foreign Exchange Documentations and outward remittances
Monitoring Intercompany transactions, Reconciliations within and outside India.
Handling Day-to-Day Banking Transactions and fund management
Opening & renewal of Term Deposits to generate additional revenue for the company

- Accounting
Customer & Vendor a/c Reconciliation.
Handling Receivables (AR) and Payables (AP).
Payment of Security Deposit, Reconciliation & Refund follow-ups
Reviewing Day-to-day Accounts till Finalization.
Preparation of monthly and consolidated yearly MIS
Preparation and Appearance for Income Tax, Professional Tax, Service Tax Assessments.
Service Tax registrations, GST Registrations
Registration of Whole Sale Drug License & IEC
Reviewing tax calculations such as Income tax, Withholding Taxes, GST, payment of taxes and refund process
Supporting Withholding Taxes calculations, review of computation and payment of taxes.
Preparations and Appearance for Statutory audit and Tax audits.
Drafting and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, process audit to ensure foolproof mechanism in the organisation.
Review of GST, PT and Income tax quarterly and annual returns.
Insurance for Fixed Assets.
Maintenance of Fixed Asset, Depreciation, Stock Registers and Ledgers.
Preparation and Maintaining of Agreements, Invoices, Debit & Credit Notes, Quotations, DCs, Letters,
Follow-up and collection of payments from customer.
Verification of employee travel expenses claims etc.

Legal & Compliance
Monitoring the changes in compliance and be prepared to adopt them
Annual ROC Return preparation and Filing
ROC filings related to Incorporation of Company
Planning and implementation of compliance for changing business needs such as RO shifting, registering.
ROC reporting on Appointment and Resignation of Directors
Applying for DIN, DSC for new board members
Annual Return to RBI on Foreign Investment
Supporting expatriates for their FRRO Registration, PAN card, Bank Account etc.
Review and wetting of Service Agreements, Inter-company transaction agreements and other business contracts such rental agreements, consultancy agreements etc.
ROC compliance planning for capital increase

Human resource management
Handling HRD �i.e. Attendance, Salary, and Leaves Etc.
Payroll data management such as salary, bonus, arrears, perquisites.
Employees Income Tax Calculation and payment of taxes.
Review of monthly & annual return of salary TDS, PT.
Orientation for new joiners
Review & updates for HR policy, employee handbook and guidelines.

Sourcing and finalization of new office premises as per business demands and supporting for lease agreements, office shifting.
Procurement of company assets such as printers, mobile phones.
Handling customs clearance of samples for CDTL, clearance of company PCs from ports.
Supporting & guiding all employees for their travel plans, Visa & hotel booking
Any other correspondences as and when needed by the business such drafting letters, managing company mobile phone connections, invitation letters for overseas travelers
Supporting for venue, local travel, accommodation for special instances such as kickoff meetings, conferences.

?Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance / Accounting
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting or Chartered Accountant.
- Experience in working and coordinating cross-functional tasks
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Proficiency in presentation slide preparation.
- Excellent communication skills � written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize works and strong problem solving skills
