Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage our company’s financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial record-keeping, maintaining financial statements, and supporting overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Record and post day-to-day financial transactions for assigned branch • Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. • Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and reports. • Record transactions and events about, accruals, prepayments, Fixed assets and finance costs. • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts. • Do month-end closing activities. • Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time. • Get reports from the SAP B1 for use. • Calculate customer/supplier account balances and ensure accuracy. • Handle inquiries from clients and vendors regarding financial transactions. Qualifications: • B.Com or Inter CA • Experience in similar role for 3-5 years. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP B1 or SAP). • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
