  1. Financial Functions:
  1. Compile key business metrics and report on them to management.
  2. Engage in ongoing cost optimization and Value analyses in all areas of the company
  3. Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
  4. Review company’s financial bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
  5. Create additional analyses, MIS and reports as requested by management
  6. B. Accounting:

  7. Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
  8. Review and process entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately , may have to post entry in absence of team member
  9. Manage unbilled revenue and accounts receivable , reconcile revenue
  10. Ensure accounts payable accuracy and raise concern if any
  11. Manage Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Bank reconciliation and obtaining confirmations at periodic intervals.
  12. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  13. Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to financial guidelines and also from time to time for analysis
  14. Maintains and review expenses records cost center wise etc.
  15. Prepare & maintain working related to GST and TDS and file returns
  16. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as assigned
  17. Ensure accounting control procedures along with relevant supporting documents are followed for all financial transactions or otherwise and supporting documents
  18. Monitor Utility bill payments, Vendors and Contractors payments
  19. Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups
