The ideal candidate will have Finance Operations & Transformation experience, particularly in record to
report, GL & Reconciliation areas like Bank, GL, Intercompany, Balance sheet reconciliationsKey Responsibilities:
Functional Product ownership - understanding of platform end to end and usage in various client
situations
Lead the product solutioning conversations with client - including PoCs, Process maps,
demonstrate use-cases and create proposals with to-be
Understand the landscape of reconciliations products with insights on industry solutions, new
developments and product roadmaps
Provide functional inputs to product team to arrive at implementation effort and pricing
Lead the functional deployment of reconciliation platform from a use case build point of view for a
specific client
Get involved in Process Discovery or diagnostic if needed with a client
Get involved in the product testing and deployment based on client need
Lead the product functional module build up for various use casesKey Skills:
Finance Operations and Transformation experience in GL, Record to Report, Reconciliations
Experience working with Reconciliation platforms like Blackline, Cadency etc
Hands on experience on doing reconciliation to understand the stakeholder persona
Process mapping, BRD creation experience to aid in writing the use case
Solutioning mindset which involves fitment of a product in different client situations
Excellent Communication skills
Technical skills - Product understanding, ERP understanding etc
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and lead a team effectivelyKey Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree - MBA Finance
