• Use technical knowledge of classification and trade agreement to collect, manage and
record data.
• Monitor and release legal control blocks in global trade services.
• Clean, shape and move critical master data onto trade compliance application.
• Support development of guidelines, tools, templates and instructions.
• Administer and monitor customs and trade compliance related systems as a super user for
troubleshooting, training and data quality purposes.
• Support development, implementation and maintenance of processes and projects.
• Compile, analyze and report on metrics and data.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating
more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in customs, import and export
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Technical knowledge of classification and origin determination.
• Experience working with people in multiple geographies or across different time zone with
diverse backgrounds to implement projects and process improvements.
• Experience working in team that provides global classification and origin determination
services across multiple geographies.
• Hands on experience of related programs and applications, especially with SAP GTS.
