Summary Maersk Line are in the process of strengthening its development services organisation with a focus on driving predictability, reduced cost of ownership across and lowering time to value of delivery., Maersk Line are extending to its internal development capability. A vacancy exists for an agile project manager within the Maersk Transport & logistic IT organisation.
We require an individual who can combine strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities, has excellent interpersonal skills with and is aware of the latest technology and how best to leverage their capabilities for an organization.

Key Responsibilities
List the 8-12 key responsibilities Your key responsibilities are:

� AFLS sprint Project Planning and Management
� Team Management
� Process Management and Improvement
� Vendor management on day to day sprint delivery
� Review training and rollout documentation; ensuring a smooth transition into the operational run environment and business teams that will be operating the product
� Work with the application management organisation during incident triage
� Provide guidelines on best practice to ensure for optimal sprint processing
� Conduct review of project status and ensure schedule of work is based on prioritisation
� Proactive monitoring of the heath of the product in the production environment; providing suggestions for ongoing performance tuning and maintenance of the product

Required Experience & Skills Skills
� Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
� A proven track record of successfully implementing package solution projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
� Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
� Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
� Balanced business/technical background:
� Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
� Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
