Qualification: M Arch – Urban Design Responsibilities: The Concept Master Planner would be responsible for preparing concept Airport Master Plan (AMP) detailing the layout of the necessary improvements and developments required to expand the possible horizons of the airport.  Responsible for Outline Concept preparation/Design Options for Airport Layout Plan. Outline Concept preparation, Planning & Design of proposals for various Airport Projects with inputs from internal/external stake holder, for statutory purpose and for implementation.
 Responsible for Preparation of Presentation drawings/documents - Plans, elevations, sections, layout, area statement/ schedule, etc.
 Responsible for Coordination with consultants/in-house team for preparation/review of Approval drawings/Documents (floor plans, elevations, sections, plot area, carpet/built up area, FSI areas & calculations, area schedule/ statements etc.)
 Responsible and support for preparation of /revision to the Airport Layout Plan/Land use Plan including preparation of Land use Statement/Area Statement, Area Summary, Calculations related to land & FSI. Incorporating various iterations thereto to meet the project requirement.
