Position - AGM Engineering
Qualification - B Tech – Mechanical / Electrical/ Instrumentation
Required Experience - 15 to 20 years
Location - Gujarat
Responsibilities:Support all engineering aspects of operations along with the entire engineering staff across the portfolio
Develop engineering strategies
Capacity management and preservation of and expansion where required
Application of systematic approaches to the conduct of management of engineering projects
Reduce factory technical downtime and ensure optimal maintenance and management strategy to maximize factory efficiency
A team player, able to work effectively with peers at all levels
Strong technical background from previous Mechanical Engineering positions held and good managerial skills
Ability to work cross functionally and make effective team based decisions
Provide strong technical leadership in managing Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Equipment and Maintenance Engineering and New Production Introduction
Drive Process and Product Management relative to process control, yield improvement, scrap reduction, process optimization and product management
Lead Equipment and Maintenance function to provide effective equipment and maintenance support relative to equipment utilization, equipment maintenance, spares management and equipment setup and qualification
Develop engineering competencies of team to meet engineering, operational and business requirements
Strong ability to lead team and influence for results across organization
