?Achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information & recommendations to strategic planning & reviews ; preparing & completing action plans ; resolving problems;completing audits;identifying trends;determining system improvements ; implementing change, ensure returns are filled, e-filing returns like TDS, GST, Income Tax, SEZ related rules and regulations are complied.
Develop & maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles ( GAAP / IND AS) by preparating and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements
Ensuring Budget preparation by establishing guidelines for budget & forecast preparation, prepare the annual budget with monthly phasing in consultation with the Finance committee for funding application, report to the management on the variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variance.
Preparing MIS, P&L, monthly reconciliation, Bills receivables and payables; ensuring all supplier payments and customer receivables. All statutory compliances with respect to financial reporting, quaterly reporting to board of directors
Influence people across the levels in his function to ensure that they are motivated, trained and together in setting and achieving new height in performance year on year by identifying & assessing the competency gap, ensure training is implemented to bridge the gap and assess training effectivenees so as to continuously improve organisations performance
Oversee finance functions and transactions of business, consolidating all unit accounts, timely prepare and report to the management.
To generate idea for cost reduction by identifying improvements,oppportunities,optimise and eliminate process so as to reduce non value added activities & improve productivity & quality of the products.
To ensure secrecy is maintained about the informations , documents and trade secrets , whether patented or not in any form , that gives Syrma Technology an opportunity to obtain an advantage over competitors.
Work closely with the other supporting functions based on business needs and requirements appropriately through the ability to foresee impact so as to achieve continuous improvements in the organisation performance.
Monitor working capital by element and ensure optimal levels of inventory receivables, payables and cas. Highlight deviations in advance to prevent increase in working capital
Establishing processes for all key areas of the company and ensure adequate controls are built in , preferably in electronics
Continuously evaluate and monitor performance of ERP Systems and suggest improvements where necessary
Monitoring of financial position, forecasting cash requirements and procuring the same in time to ensure interruption from Operations
Monitoring interest and currency rates and using INR & FX funds indiviously to manage interest rates. Use appropriate hedging mechanism where necessary
