?- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned market vertical for Pan India, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Able to prioritize and provide strategies and solutions to business opportunities.
- Identify new customers & capitalize on the existing network of customers.
- Create sales plan for revenue growth for assigned market vertical customers
- Build business relationships EPC`s Owner companies through value added services & support, field services & support
- Formulate and implement a customer engagement plan for Key Accounts & Projects.
- Day to day management of the sales activities within the assigned territory. And adherence to Sales matrix
- Contribute to the formulation of all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Establishing personal contact and rapport with decision-makers in assigned market vertical customers.
- Support the MRO & OEM team for opportunities related to Power & Other Vertical.
- Focus on plant study, plant audit and business, though saving route for Project sales.
- Support and drive the custom solutions business for Power & Other Market with help of CS champion.

?Functional Area of expertise: (Preferred background)
- Should have at least 7 years of experience in Sales with minimum 5 years of experience in selling Mechanical / Technical Products & Services into an engineering sector.
- Consistent track record in closing deals and developing accounts for long term growth.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at CxO level in a customer organization.

Experience: (Min � Max) 8 yrs - 12yrs

Education: BE/B.Tech (Instrumentation or Mechanical)/ with MBA (Sales / Marketing).

- Expert knowledge of sales cycles, strategies, and methods.
- Ability to anticipate how the market and competitive factors will influence the selling of products and services.
- Goal driven and self-motivated
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Negotiation/conflict resolution.
- Technical acumen and penchant for identifying Process solution and services sales.
