Ensure key deliverables w.r.t Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery are alligned and achieved
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the required specifications.
Monitor performance and safety requirements regularly, and implement improvements.
To Identify, monitor and reduce waste in all activities and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate.
Identify development and training needs for all personnel using the Performance and Development appraisal process
Accountable for the accurate recording of data and documentation.

Qualifications and Job Specification
BE/Tech- Mechanical with atleast 14 Years of experince in handling fabrication production line
Ensure a safe work atmosphere with Zero lost time incidents by adhering to the all the safety protocols.
Experience within the metal fabrications industry with an ability to lead and work collaboratively at all levels as required
Ability to set vision, execute plans and create a healthy spirit of accountability
Hands on working knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
Should be alligned with monthly and weekly plan to achieve the target by planning production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing quality control measures.
Ablility to drive the team to achieve the SQCD deliverable
Responsible and accountable for shop organization, cleanliness, and quality by maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing facility
Dedication to excellence and quality.
Induce a culture of lean , and achieve targets for 5S and Kaizens .
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
