We build up development capabilities for a global software service "Data Integration Layer", based on Kafka technology. The software transports information from very secure production networks into our more accessible cloud environment, so it is running in a regulated environment, requires formal qualification and validation steps.

The software system is currently run with an Apollo Operations contract by Capgemini, which does not allow for software improvements. We urgently need to add development capabilities that allow us to update and improve the software to run more efficiently and provide a better and more reliable service to our users.
We were looking to get full time developers of proficiency levels Proficient to take full end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of the system architecture, development, deployment, and infrastructure.
Required skills:
For the second full stack developer we are looking for these properties:
- Proficient level.
- Track record with architecture responsibility. The small development team must be able to properly plan, execute, and document a sustainable and robust system architecture to replace the existing service.
- Hands-on development experience, ideally in a leading position.
- Good English communication, since we need to properly interact with our user base.
