?Supervise issues that arise anywhere between vCloud Director, vSphere and Clients Dashboard

Project coordination, technical approval of courses of action, involvement with development teams.

Technical Escalation point of contact for Cloud Operations.


Client Introduction
?Leading Client of Randstad India


?Vmware, Vclod, Vsphere, Azure


?Environment configuration on Cisco networking devices including 7k, and 5k for adding Front End IP and Backend IP

External VLAN Tagging to vCloud Director for a client which demands knowledge on MPLS, L2 and L3 connection bridge

Zerto Management which involves Creating Zorg ,Creating ZCC / Zerto Site Pairing - Involves work on ZCM, installation of new VRA when required, Zerto Failover Tests, Migrating Disks off VRAs in sphere and NCD so a host can be put into maintenance

Zerto Troubleshooting, VPG issues like VPG not meeting SLA etc

Planning Zerto Upgrade like from 4.5 to 5.0 and other zerto activities

NSX Edge Troubleshooting client issues , Edge Redeploys

Edge upgrade VMWare and ESX Management and cloud technology knowledge.

Deprovision and Reprovision of NCD accounts via scripts

Deinstalls which cover stopping billing for clients performed via scripts run on internal infrastructure servers and database server entries to deinstall clients completely, For example making entries to postgresql DB involving create, update, join, sql queries

Hands on Knowledge on (vCav)

Hands on Knowledge on Azure including Azure Site Recovery

Hands on Knowledge on Cloud Computing, API, Rabbitmq

VCP Certification is must

Scripting languages like Python added advantage

ITIL Certified

Hands-on on VMware Technology (vSphere / VC / vCloud Director, NSX)

Scripting (PowerShell / Python)

Good Communication Skills, positive attitude, team motivator and solution oriented.

Drive Problem Management and Root cause analysis

ITSM Queue management and process hygiene.
