100% compliance of bio-metric attendance system for HRIS implementation (Weekly off/SOP violation/Overtime/Grooming)

Training /Uniform/ PPE/Office infra & IT coordination
ADP training coordination with Airport Manager and Airport Operator. Facilitate IFLY / Security team in conducting the refresher training and issuance of AEP.
Liaising with Airport Authorities, Airport Managers and HODs.
OT Control
Staff Welfare- ground connect, basic amenities at the workplace
Facilitate APM /Admin- ISC in getting the office ready with necessary infrastructure, IT equipment, stationary, payment of office rent,and renewal of office lease agreement. Ensure proper documentation and upkeep of records. To reduce habitual absenteeism and absconding
To monitor and control employee discipline in the region.
To adhere to 100% statutory compliance in the Region.
To minimize and resolve employee grievances in the region on an immediate basis and share the grievance tracker for process adherence purposes. To maintain the retention level of employees
Qualification and Experience
Graduation/Post Graduate preferred (MBA-Operations, MSW or Personnel Management)
5-7 Years of experience in aviation operations
Local Language is a must
Soft Skills requirement:
Strong communicator and a keen listener to facilitate interaction and influence outcomes
Keen understanding of business dynamics and their impact
Result-oriented, persevering, and adaptable.
