?? Develops arguments (product and services) for customers, following validated rules and instructions
? Analyses his portfolio (Journey list) and qualifies the accounts according to the expected result and the investment (Time & no. of visits) to be provided.
? Deploys plans of action for customer or territory
? Sells and negotiates with customers/dealers he is responsible for.
? Consolidates market information (competition, conditions, observed prices, products, services, environment�) and ensures a regular internal circulation
? Measurement of activity deviations and results
? Identifies the causes and proposes corrective action

qualification

?Graduate/post graduate in any discipline. Minimum 6 years and up to 10 years of experience in frontline sales and managing a dealer network in the below mentioned industries. The ability to work in a technical environment / technical sales is desired but not essential. Experience in a multi brand environment is essential (Not a market leader brand). Age less than 35 years. Our product is demanding follow-up, rigor, good technical ability, knowledge of cost product, gain trust of the customer is key. Following industry could be a natural fit.
