He should have good understanding
related to tractors Agri
segment/retail/tractors segment. He
should monitor competition activity and
plan counter actions to improve the sales
strategies and achieve targets.
Planning and execution of sales targets-
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual targets
through market coverage- Wholesale,
Retail Sales, Collection and SOM. Also
ensuring the annual targets through close
monitoring / involvement on daily basis.
Ensuring Customer delight by building
strategies and initiatives to assimilate
constant feedback from the customers
and take relevant corrective actions.
Scouting and recommending dealer
recruitment / replacement for area
coverage .
Dealer Infrastructure enhancement and
development. Liasioning with Dealer /
Dealer’s Man power for Business
growth.Ensuring adherence to Sales
processes, policies & Marketing
