Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling end to end recruitment activities.
 Excellent comprehension and communication skills who can be a brand ambassador of Jindal
Aluminium in order to attract best talents from the industry.
 Hands on experience extensive use of Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed and other Job portals or
recruitment platforms for sourcing talents.
 Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping,
negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
 Hands on experience in Sourcing, Recruitment, Talent Engagement and Retention. Working
knowledge of various social media recruiting and should be aware of current market trends.
 Target driven, detail-oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work
well in an environment with competing demands
 Great understanding of Modern HR practices, Recruitment Strategies, Networking and
Negotiating Skills that influence tapping right talents.
 Experience in hiring at all levels, including contractual labour, temp staffs, interns and
permanent staffs.
 Skills and abilities to proactively understand the hiring needs from departmental heads / stake
holders to provide right talent and hiring solutions from time to time.
 Understands different roles and its skill requirements to set hiring standards that would drive
high performance driven culture
 Ability to attract and assess right talents who will fit into the culture of Jindal Aluminium.
 Ability to communicate, build relationship with internal stake holders / departmental heads to
build great teams and pool of talents through effective transition of end to end recruitment
 Highest ethical standards, values and integrity and passionate about candidate experience
and maturity to handle mid, senior and leadership candidates without hand holding.
 Energy, Willingness and Self Motivation to face challenges at work and having patience and
focused in deliverables.
 Skilled to translate business vision and goals through recruitment of right talents for right job.
 Able to build future teams and talent pool for the organisation during expansions and
acquisitions (if any).
 Qualification – Preferable MBA / Degree related to business administration.
 Job Level - Senior Associate / Assistant Manager
 Work Location – Bangalore, Tumkur Road.
 Work Days and hours – 6 Days a week, 9hrs a day.
 Salary – Not constraint for right candidate.
