    Role Description

    Role name: External tile:

    Talent acquisition and HR business partner Assistant Manager or Dy. Manager

    Job Purpose:

    The purpose of the role is to proactively understand the business / functions requirements of positions, people, structures and external environments that can impact the business / function.

    The position serves as a talent acquisition partner and HR consultant to leaders on human resource-related issues. The successful HR senior business partner acts as an employee champion and change agent.

    This is an individual contributor role.

    Accountabilities:

    As Talent Acquisition:

    • Understand the business requirements, positions, type of competencies required.
    • Partner with the leaders to complete the requirements within the estimated turnaround time.
    • Liaison with external stakeholders, consultants, etc. for sourcing the right candidates
    • Provide improvements to enhance user experience and increase efficiency
    • Build university relations, plan for recruitment drives and implement the same
    • Reporting/ MIS. Highlighting gaps and solutions

    Implementation of HR strategies:

    • Assist the Sr. HR Partner to implement global HR strategy in India
    • Contributes to the business strategy by helping leaders to identify, prioritize, and build people capabilities
    • Assist in identifying new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
    • To participate in various internal forums to assimilate and transfer knowledge & best practices.
    • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with leader to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    • Provides day-to-day support and guidance to line management (e.g., assist with employee issues including disciplinary actions).
    • Close interaction and engagement with the employees and managers for the location to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

    Legal and Compliances:

    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Advising the managers on aspects which may involve knowledge and application of the labour laws.

    Knowledge/skills required:

    Working knowledge talent acquisitions, multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management and statutory central and state labor laws

     

    Ability to work in a matrix environment Good analytical skills

    Adept with MS office, excel, word, PowerPoints

    Experiences required:

    Around 10 to 12 years’ experience in Talent acquisition and Human Resources role resolving complex employee relations issues.

    Educational background:

    Master’s degree in business, Human Resources or Management required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

    Pune office
