ams head in pune

?� Head of corporate systems for Finance, HR, Dealers & Customers and Plants.

� Anchor business critical projects spanning across Thermax Group, Subsidiaries and Business Units.

� Play a role of Change Management agent to enforce usage, compliance and business benefits by effectively coordinating with senior stakeholders like BU & SBU Heads.

� Ensure Process Documentations and also assist business in re-engineering certain business processes as and when needed.

� Manage SLA based services and uptime of the Corporate Systems to ensure maximum user satisfaction. Align and govern outsourced partners for achieving the stated objectives if required.

� Evaluate new technology and on-board new capabilities to support Business and Enabling Functions in achieving the short and long term roadmap.
� Manage revenue and investment budgets allocated to the corporate systems area of IT. Actively suggest and implement work efficiency and cost reduction measures without impacting quality and timelines of outcomes.

qualification

?� Minimum 12 years of experience in IT with strong capability of leading large scale business engagements spanning across various business units and cross functional department.

� Deep experience of Program Management with capability to manage multiple projects.

� Operational knowledge on Corporate, Manufacturing and Customer processes. Knowledge about Heavy Engineering / EPC industries will be an added advantage.

� Capable to understand, influence and review the Technical Architecture of application landscape.

� Strategic planning skills, functional expertise in handling corporate environments, technology development, analysis and presentations. Should have at least 5 years of experience in participating in the strategic decision making.

� Understanding problem statements and articulation of the same � Requirement analysis.
� Alternative Analysis for solutions, including business case preparation of alternates.
� Inter-personal skills.
