Analyst SCM: 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain with 5+ years of experience Ability to impact operations and effect change with positive intent
  • Very organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to understand, organize and synthesize information in an easily understandable format, sharing details with a variety of global audiences
  • Experience with delivery of results (time & accuracy/quality) in a production environment
  • SAP Materials Management experience: Intermediate/Advanced level Examples: Material Management, Material Master Purchasing/Procurement (Requisitions, Orders, Info Records) Inventory Management, Invoice Verification MM, PP, LE, FI practical knowledge, use of t-codes for business use as transactions, analysis and reporting method

Key Accountabilities :

  • Participate with team members to achieve standard work proficiency, throughput and goals
  • Attend routine operational awareness via meetings or support activities within the team; capturing details of issues, analysis and finding resolution
  • Identify opportunities for improvement with team and Supervisor
  • Responsible for maintaining a Standard Work deliverables sheet as reviewed with GSPC Manager and Supervisor
  • Mentor team members through collaboration, shared knowledge and experience
  • Flexibility with Matrix reporting structure, meet functional and administrative needs (Business availability, covering responsibilities to ensure requirements are satisfied)
  • As member of the MTSI plant team, collaborate and partner with Leadership to participate in local events and overall continuous improvement culture
