Job Description

  • Responsible to work as a synergy between client's insights manager team and offshore analytics teams(business analytics, data scientist and data engineering)

  • Understand traditional retail analytics problems and drive solutions by taking data science and analytics leads on board, lead data mining, connect dots to come up with actionable insights to client business

  • Build trustful and collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and business partners

  • Ability to analyze, draw conclusions and act on them with a holistic retail /customer analytics business understanding

  • Strong envisioning skills and fact-based thinking connecting the dots and recognizing patterns, while not being put off by getting hands-on and mind-deep in analysis

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including presentation, active listening, communicating complex issues in a clear, engaging way, and having an unbiased perspective

Must Have Skills: 

  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good experience with MS office applications

  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau/Power BI 

  • Experience in big data environment is a plus 


 Relevant retail Experience: 4+

Qualifications

Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Econometric from Tier 1 institutions or MBA or Engineering from Tier 1 institutions – Preferred
