    Responsible for collecting, analyzing, Interpreting & maintaining large data sets & use this
    information to develop data-driven solutions to difficult business challenges across BUs and HUs
    As a member of Digital Transformation within WNS Data Driven Transformation Group, you will be
    responsible to build AI Algorithms focused on achieving best in class business outcomes leveraging
    Cognitive Intelligence, AI ML, Analytics Engine & integrating it with other digital levers components
    and accelerators
    You will be responsible to build solutions for business units through innovative new cognitive
    services solutions for the client’s business operations focused on driving cost efficiency, revenue
    generation and other client business outcomes
    You will be responsible to work on large deals involving multiple digital levers i.e., AI/ML, advanced
    analytics, workflows & rules engine, immersive customer experience, complex integrations of client’s
    existing platforms/systems/products with our newly built solutions and accelerators. You will be
    involved in understanding the detailed process maps, process entitlement studies, finding the right
    white spaces where Cognitive Services/AI ML/ Advance Analytics can be applied, creating a strong
    transformation roadmap, and executing it on the ground to achieve the required outcomes and
    impact.
    Work collaboratively with multiple internal & external stakeholders to build, publish & deploy AI
    solutions for the transformation roadmap by building the solution design, functional architecture,
    technical architecture, Components/Accelerators level architecture showing the integration
    mechanisms, deployment architecture.
    Creating the new AI ML capabilities that are reusable, modular, and configurable assets
    (components and accelerators) and embedding it into the end-to-end solution to solve a real
    industry problem
    Evaluate new technologies for the domain expertise and work with alliance teams for on-boarding
    Knowledge & Skills:
    Experience in utilizing analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret
    large data sets. They then use this information to develop data-driven solutions to difficult business
    challenges
    A deep understanding of business processes and a minimum of three years’ experience using data
    and analytics to solve real-world business problems.
    A minimum of three years’ experience in Data Modelling, Data Architecture, and design
    Advanced SQL skills and deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
    Knowledge of data architecture, database structure, and modelling tools (ex.: Lucid Chart, Gliffy, CA
    Erwin, Azure SQL Developer etc.)
    Knowledge of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processesProgramming experience with Python, R, C#, and REST APIs. Experience with developer tools such as
    GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Swagger and Postman.
    Hands-on DAX queries and Power BI models.
    Experience on PySpark, matplotlib, plotly, nltk, spacy etc., preferably also worked on Scala / Scikit, R
    / Shiny App
    Participated in Hackathons, Quick build for AI events
    Knowledge on ARIMA, NLP, NLG and Advanced Mathematical foundations of Calculus, Matrices &
    Data Science is preferred
    Excellent knowledge on Design and Analysis of algorithms
    Knowledge on FSM is preferred & Good knowhow on Graph Database implementation is preferred
    Experience in building, deploying AI Algorithms at scale on a Cloud environment
    Awareness on emerging Technology Trends on Cloud preferably Azure is essential for this role.
    Qualifications
    B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/I.T.) or equivalent from a premier institute would be preferred
    Strong experience in data & AI related tech stacks.
    Strong understanding of Digital Levers and Solutions and a working knowledge of how using these
