Understand the existing integrations/APIs
• Prepare documentation – Technical architecture, data mapping of the integrations
• Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate and consistent data flow between systems
• Strong understanding of API concepts, integration patterns, and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Create custom APIs
• Collaborate with internal application owners /external vendors and service providers to establish API connections and exchange data.

Required Skillset and Experience:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Experience of working in multicultural environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
• Experience of integrations with ITSM/Work flow tools is preferred
