Understanding how silicone coatings interact with different substrates like paper and film and addressing any compatibility issues.  Technical problem solving capability to troubleshoot technical issues related to release performance, adhesion, coating defects, and suggest solutions to customers. Ensure regular interaction with customers to understand their requirement & to set up SOP for product testing as per application. Responsible for making technical reports & testing reports. • Maintain regular proactive collaboration and interaction with R&D – Synthesis team to support development of new products as per Customer requirement. Working as a bridge between R&D and Customer. Conduct the benchmarking exercise of resin products against competition in the market, prepare the respective documentation and present to the stakeholders and management. Contribute to the Internal product mapping by short term & long-term testing. Responsible to work on new application projects, to find out new application methods & testing. Responsible for testing & maintaining instruments lab (periodic calibrations & taking annual maintenance contracts for all the instruments.), making standard operating procedures for all the instruments, purchasing new instruments as per requirement. Build a strong relationship with the customer and communicate as well as visit them on a frequent basis to understand their issues, provide the solutions to address them and follow up for any troubleshooting. Provide technical support to the Customer. Preparation of reports and sharing them with the stakeholders and highlighting the observations if any during the customer visits, research activities ...
