- Design development, detail drawings and execution initialization of architectural and interior projects, ranging from conceptualization to execution stage
- Checking drawings, plans, and documents for statutory approvals to execution
- Making site visits & Coordination with site team
- Comprehensive coordination and interaction with marketing team, Consultants
- Monitoring designs at site
- Checking of specifications wrt. drawing & BOQ
- Contributing to documents, as built preparation
- Should be proficient & absolute hands-on in architectural softwares like AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketch up etc.

- Knowledge of High Rise Residential / Commercial/ Township
- Experience in interior projects
