Role and Responsibilities
1. Identification of Customer Market, Responsible to interact/meet with Doctors, Pet shops and Bulk consumers/Breeders with a goal of maximizing Sales
2. Make required efforts to achieve Sales target, review the target vs achievements regularly and to take corrective action in case of deviation
3. Development of the team for achievement of Sales objectives
4. Achieve company objectives regularly through Business Managers or directly
5. Monitor the market& competition to develop strategic sales plans, forecasting, CRM.
6. Manage distribution network and new distributor selection, distributor inventory management
7. Attend relevant industry conferences time to time
8. Give feedback to HO on Competition and Distribution management
Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in hard core field sales into Veterinary/Pet Food/Pharma industry
2. Should be from Veterinary/Pet Food/Pharma industry only
3. Preferably be a Science Graduate
4. Good knowledge about the Area, good command over English and local language is a must
5. Team development and team management experience with developing new markets especially for a growing organization
