Sales planning for Primary & Secondary objective to meet as per target givenPreparation of right Customer list with all relevant details as per Brand /Category Promotion of Ethical and Generic Ayurvedic range to doctors andgenerate prescription (Rx) for ZANDU brands . Booking of personal orders fromretailers, ayurvedic vandars and dispensing doctors to bring momentum toterritory sales. Preparation of Route / Bid plan to cover entire area /territory with proper SFC Meeting customers daily as per company's norm -Doctors, Retailers, Ayurvedic Bhandars, Wholesalers BTL activity management(Trade Scheme, Visibility drive, Coverage, New launches and Brand promotionalactivity etc.) Sales and distribution effectiveness and hygiene(Implementation of company system & policies at DB and Market level to ensureprimary and secondary sales achievement) Watch and report Competitorsactivities periodically Territory and Distribution (DB) Management
