Job Description -
- Increasing the network through the appointment very capable Dealers and Network expansion at the assigned territory to increase the routes of business.
- Managing and aligning Primary and Secondary Dealer Network.
- Working with the Dealer and Dealer Team to establish market wise goals, objective & KPI.
- Planning and Implementation of Local promotional and BTL activities.
- Market Share, Customer Satisfaction, New Product Launch, Driving high performance culture in Team, Sales Promotion Activities.
- Responsible for sales, Viability and marketing projection for Dealership.
- Performing Timely CI Audit and reviewing dealership performance.
- Sales Strategy, plans and Review Process to drive sales Target weekly reviews, identify areas of Improvements and Improvise Action Plan.
- Identifying the untapped potential market through the deep-dive study of the Industry.
- Preparing the business plan for Identified market and Executing for the benefit of the brand.
- Shortlisting the suitable prospect and Responsible for smooth execution of Dealer appointment process- LOI, LOA.
- Responsible for planning and Implementation of New BRI at Existing Dealership. New launch planning and preparation of store as per SOP for launch.
- Responsible for adherence to CI Norm at the dealership end and highlight deviation, carry out regular reviews and extend necessary support to meet the same.
- Responsible for Planning and Implementation of Tactical activities in coordination with Dealerships.
Qualifications -
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive automotive experience including direct dealer contact
- Understanding of Dealer Financial Statements and ability to complete dealership financial analysis
- Knowledge & understanding of overall retail automotive dealer operations
- Experience with Integration – joining people, processes or systems
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Resource Management & Project Management experience
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities and workflow
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Receptive to travel
