**Responsibility and mandate: ** --- * **Should work sales Apps Called Sales Dairy (Mandatory)** * **Should start work at 9.15am to 5.30pm** * **First Activity to be start at 9.30am and last activity will be at 5.30pm** * **Distributor visit will after 5.30pm to 6.00pm** * **Weekly and Monthly Meeting compulsory to attend** * **Only GT and Standalone class outlets to be attended and merchandising is compulsory** * **Study competitor Information and promotion strategies** * **Analyse the Channel wise and category wise output of the sales** * **Achieving team day target / weekly / Monthly is must** * **Responsible for development coverage, appointing Manpower and execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away.** * **Co-ordination with the Super Stockist / Distributors** * **Ensure 100% implementation of all trade schemes in operation.** * **Build infrastructure in the region by developing sound systems and processes required to deliver Sales Plan effectiveness.** * **Formulating strategy for Modern trade/ stand alone channel in the region.** * **Study competitor marketing and promotion strategies ** * **Analyse the Channel wise and category wise output of the sales in each locations to initiate the strategies that can be done to improve the overall sales of the product. ** * **Analyse various consumer data that has been collected through market. Also conduct pre & post promo analysis. ** * **Driving principles for in-store brand activation ** * **Conduct trainings from time to time for the sales team** * **Responsible for launch initiatives of all NPD.** #### **Criteria for evaluation:** --- * **Sales value** * **Sales volume** * **Cost of sales** **2\.
