Job Title- Regional Sales ManagerExperience required - Minimum 7 years in B2B sales.Experience in selling to CSR teams in the corporates will be an addedadvantage.Location- Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Goa, ChandigarhJob Description Candidate should be able to achieve Sales Target by way ofacquiring new customers in the region Should be excellent in communicatingwith C level executives and making presentations Should be able to generateleads via cold calls and effective use of database Maintain 3X pipeline ofqualified leads (Pipeline thrice the monthly target to be maintained)Qualified leads- accurate reporting of the requirement, budget allocation atthe client end Generate leads from below sectors: - • Corporates • Hospitals •Schools • IT Parks, SEZ, Residential complexes etc. • Local bodies and StateGovernment Should be able to lead a team of 5 Area Sales Managers and drivetheir targets Maintain MIS and reporting structure on a weekly basis of keyparameters - Topline, Number of Visits made and Pipeline hygiene etc. TeamManagement- Maintaining Zero Attrition which will be part of the incentive andwill be monitored quarterly Compensation Structure- Fixed Salary Plus Variable75:25 Variable pay to be paid on a quarterly basis
