� To achieve sales targets (Primary & Secondary) through the sales team and to build excellent client relationships for positioning of all products in the market.
� Appoint network of retailers/ dealers/ distributors/ Sales Stockiest to enhance market penetration and business.
� Increase company product market share in the region.
� Build team and motivate them for high performance.
� Must be aggressive, self-starter, internally motivated, target oriented and should have a flair towards sales & must have Good leadership skills.
� He should have worked at the level of ASM/SM/DM for minimum 3 years in the same territory.
� Excellent leadership skills and must have lead Team of Sales Officers & Sales Representatives.
� Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
� Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.

� Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
� Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
� Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
� Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
� Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
� Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows.
� Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
� Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
� Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
� Oversee local sales managers and their staffs.
� Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
� Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
� Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
