?Area Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities :-

Develop Business Plans
Area Sales Managers oversee the sales department, which means they must develop an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals. This includes performing territory and sales analyses, assessing the results and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of our companys products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for his area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Perform Sales Visits
Area Sales Managers visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness & also get business/orders.
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

Competitors Data Collection & Market Intelligence:
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Location: KOLKATA
Remuneration CTC around Rs.5 - 7 Lakhs per annum depending on experience.

Experience required : Minimum 3 to 5 years preferably in Consumer durables ,however the right candidate may be from any other Sales category as per profile given below.
Should be proficient in English/Bengali/Hindi. Should have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office ,should be able to travel extensively in the territory.
Above all show tenacity and independent working capability to lead a small sales team. Innovative ideas are a prerequisite for being selected.

Graduate with MBA preferred .
