?A. Key Result Areas:
? To deliver on the assigned budget for the area/vertical.

? Building a strong and relevant prospect pipeline.

? Ensure all sales processes are implemented in the region.

? Build the business in the region to create a strong team over period.

? Be accountable to developing an active and result oriented team of distributors.

b. Key Activities:
? To prospect and deliver personal target for the quarter and for the year.

? Train and support the team to meet their targets through joint visits, regular reviews and helping them close wherever needed.

? Negotiate with customers on techno-commercials, balancing organizational objectives
and customer satisfaction.

? To be aware of market developments. Track competition and pass information to HO on regular basis.

? To participate in exhibitions/trade shows in the region and proactively register for speaker slots and stalls. To devise innovative methods to maximize the awareness of
our solutions in the region.

? Support the sales and technical teams by providing on ground resolution to customer
queries.

? Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments, different product
applications and monitoring market trends.
? Timely reporting
