    Reporting Zonal Sales Manager
    Band A&T – HSLS2
    LocationRole OverviewThis role is responsible to achieve sales objectives within a specific area /
    geography and support Zonal Sales Manager to drive their overall objectives and
    business results. Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, directing and
    managing activities of Territory Sales Executive and Medical Representative
    reporting to them.Key
    Responsibilities/
    Deliverables• Achieving assigned sales objectives of the area consistently.
    • Conducting joint field work for addressing issues of TSEs/MRs.
    • Developing a trained, committed, and motivated team of frontline sales
    professionals.
    • Mentoring and coaching the team members.
    • Converting new / difficult customers into potential ones.
    • Conducting sales promotion campaigns.
    • Staying updated on customers and market knowledge.
    • Keeping the team motivated to achieve the set targets.
    • Ensuring adherence of Stewardship and Compliance norms of the
    organization by self and team.
    • Spend more than 80% time in customer facing selling.Job Performance
    Requirements
    (Skills/
    qualification)Experience:
    • 4-6 years of experience in the same field.
    Education Qualification:
    • Graduate in any discipline; (preferably Science; B. Pharm)
    • Post-Graduation in Management (preferably pharmaceutical) would be
    added advantage.
    Skills:
    Job Knowledge
    • Promotes a portfolio of products and/or services directly to current and
    new customers.
    • Experience in product launches / market research will be an added
    advantage.
    Personal Traits
    • Excellent communication and team building skills.
    • Result oriented, motivating, and inspiring as a leader.
    • Problem solving capabilities.
    • Understanding of business issues and opportunities.
    • Clear understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning.
