- Handling large sales team
- Handling Channel Partners (C&F / Distributors)
- Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company
- Recruitment of sales staff with prior approval from seniors
- Monitoring and reporting daily activities of the sales staff
- Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to seniors
- Ensure smooth payment from channel partners
- Ensure smooth working in the assigned territory
- Control overheads in the State
- Conducting monthly meetings of the Sales Staff
- Scheme formulation as per the state budget
- Maintain the growth rate as per company standard
- FMCG Industry working knowledge
- Geographical knowledge of the territory
- Should have handled a minimum of 20 distributors
- Should have to lead an on-roll and off-roll team of 60-70 people in the
- hierarchy
- Should have exposure to handling a part of a state
- Should have been responsible for the turnover of about Rs.60-100 crores
