area service manager in bangalore

? Age should not be more than 35 years

b. Handled direct service team and franchise team as well.

c. Well versed with Karnataka state particularly with Bangalore city operations to start with.

d. Knows and understand the importance of Technology in rendering best in class service

e. Hands on in using CRM SAP based service structure with service mobile apps.

f. Understand the KEY terminologies like � TAT (Turn Around Time), Resolution time, Response time ETC

g. Familiar with Spare parts inventory, spare rolling forecast, Engineer technical training, data analytic to understand and bridge the gaps to deliver best in class after sales experience.

h. Understand the after sales requirement by different selling channels � Direct channel, distribution channel, online channel etc.

i. Understand all the required SOPs to build & develop a quality service team and network

j. Coordination with in different departments to make ensure service is being delivered

k. Should be able to build a Quality feedback mechanism on product, service, Team & competition.
