?Graduate/post graduate in any discipline. Minimum 7 years and up to 10 years of experience in frontline sales and managing a dealer network in the below mentioned industries. The ability to work in a technical environment / technical sales is desired . Experience in a multi brand environment is essential (Not a market leader brand). Must have recent experience in B2B for 2/3 years. Our product is demanding follow-up, rigor, good technical ability, knowledge of cost product, gain trust of the customer is key. Less than 35 years old. Location ideally should not be hometown. Local language knowlege is essential. Good communication skill. Good analytical ( Maths) skills.
