Responsibilities –
- Planning daily production schedules on the behalf of monthly schedule along with resources allocation.
- Preparing MIS report and SOS (standard operation sheet) of work process.
- Implementation of Production Plan.
- Responsible for Handling of all activities of shop floor
- PPM analysis of rejection of line to Reduce Rejection.
- Monitoring at Assembly area, hourly review of line production with supervisor.
- Daily morning warm up meeting regarding customer quality issues, previous day’s issues and 5’s issues.
- Displaying and monitoring hourly production records online and analysis the Bottleneck Process.
- Active participation in projects like cost control, inventory reduction, productivity improvement & machine utilization leading to improved profitability.
- Daily updation of 4M and daily defect monitoring and feedback to the process.
- Improvement plan executed online with the help of Kaizen’s, Poke –yoke.
- Identifying low performance workers and provide training to them.
