assistant account manager in panvel

  1. Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
  2. Review and process entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately , may have to post entry in absence of team member
  3. Manage unbilled revenue and accounts receivable , reconcile revenue
  4. Ensure accounts payable accuracy and raise concern if any
  5. Manage Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Bank reconciliation and obtaining confirmations at periodic intervals.
  6. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  7. Maintains and review expenses records cost center wise etc.
  8. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as assigned
  9. Ensure accounting control procedures along with relevant supporting documents are followed for all financial transactions or otherwise and supporting documents
  10. Monitor Utility bill payments, Vendors and Contractors payments
  11. Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups
  12. Petty cash management
  13. Liasioning with bank and various other department
  14. Administration
