?Roles & Responsibilities:

- Heading in SAP-Program Management, Client & Vendor Management, Operations, Delivery Management, P&L Management, IT Infrastructure Management, Server Management ( both On Premise & Cloud Solutions)

- As SAP COE lead - Experience with all project stages including Pre- Sales / Business development - RFP/RFIs., project estimating, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, testing of various scenarios like Logistics, Order Fulfillment like ( Order � to- Cash), training, go-live assistance and post implementation support.

- Handling projects in Implementation, Support, Shared support Services, Rollouts, carve out, Upgrades, Enhancements & Integrations

- Expertise in Managing Large Multi-location projects and virtual teams. � ASAP, Activate Methodology & Pre-Configured Solutions. Usage of ITIL V3 framework, Scrum and other Agile Methodologies.

- Significant experience as Global SAP Transition Manager - As a SAP Service Management Project Manager ensure that operational service design & support model is defined & in place to accept the changes to the services being proposed. This will include ensuring supporting processes, organization & operating mechanisms are in place to ensure a successful service transition

- Escalate issues early about the project to appropriate stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Strong experience in P&L Management, Strategic Account Planning, Partner Management, Client Management, Engagement Management, Cost and Resource Management.\

- Strong Expertise in Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management, GXP Assessment/ relevancy � To handle Enhancements, Break / Fixes & CMD Items.
- Experience in entire IT Value Chain: Pre sales, Suctioning, Delivery, Quality, Profitability, Relationship Management and setting up and growing an ODC/CoE for multiple clients
- Heading a team of SAP Consultants comprising of Basis, Java, SAP HANA, Suite on HANA, Basis, Java, SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, SD, MM, WM, FICO, RE, FM, HR, PS, PM, ABAP, WebDynpro, BI BO, SRM, CRM, EP, Portal, BASIS, Success Factors, FIORI & Mobility Team.

- Involved in various IT activities like: Server Sizing, Selection, Capacity management, Network requirement determination �Design, Networking & Security, Back up Strategy, Disaster management, Data Center Design & Internet Management

- Strong Client Management, Operations and Delivery Management skills to add new logos and managing the existing clients on 24/ 7 support model and Critical support management with experience on multi location & multi cultural working environments.

- Proven SAP program delivery executive known for management of large SAP implementations with strategic and tactical approach with an average cost savings of 12-18% of the overall estimated program budget.

- Providing IT support to Mylan group companies & external client organizations with extensive experience at managing complex IT Systems.

- Responsible for Problem and Incident management ensuring that SLAs have achieved and Client expectations met. Maintain Quality and profitable services performed to the agreed SLAs

- Solid experience in Setting up KPIs, Internal Audit, IT Risk & Information Security Management across different geographical locations

- IT Infrastructure/Technology planning and Technology architecture, periodical evaluation and advise time-to-time to meet new software applications. Advice on identification and selection of IT hardware and IT collaborates.

- Been advisor reporting to CXO, Senior vice president or executive sponsor while managing the delivery of the overall SAP project and deliverables represented in Steering committee meetings.

- Experience with complex project circumstances including multiple vendors, high degree custom development and onsite-offshore delivery model.
