Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order processing management from receipt of the purchase order till the product is delivered.
2. Efficient and timely processing of customer orders and meeting on time delivery commitments acknowledged to customer.
3. Consolidation of the annual sales plan and preparation of the monthly sales forecast.
4. Sales variance analysis and accurate monthly sales reports preparation.
5. Direct the daily operations of the customer service team. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. Handle complex escalated customer service issues
6. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
