Technical Graduate / having Technical Background, preferably with PostGraduation in Sales and Marketing and CRM.German Language Expertise (Minimum C1Level & above). 8 to 10 Years in similarjob particularly in an organisation which has German Customers.Responsibilty:_This position oversees daily function of the Customer Support relatedactivities of WE Operations. It also serves as the company-wide contactpoint for all Customer Support related activities.__The major responsibility of this role is to establish a Customer Relationsstrategy which integrates Operations, Quality Department and the TechnicalDepartment from Production Plants and the Customers which builds an effectivebridge in ensuring the customers' needs are interpreted and understoodcorrectly and necessary actions are taken to provide the customerssatisfaction__The person selected has to plan , organize and coordinate the activities ofCustomer Support and Sales Department and oversee the implementation of allplanned activities._
