JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Incumbent will be responsible for Value+ with commercial understanding and knowledge.

 

Expert Knowledge of Finance & Account.

 

Preparing and presenting reports, with focus on Value+ initiative are implemented with business centric information based on relevancy.

 

Ensuring proper internal controls and adherence to policies and processes of the organisation.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Analytical skill: Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

 

  1. Complete understanding of analysis tool – Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports. In-depth understanding of tools like value+ and opera etc. required from time to time.

 

  1. Placed equipment profitability – Placement Contracts commitment vs Actual. All such placements not profitable, specific action plans and execution of the same.

 

  1. Tail end customers :-

 

  1. Other Value Plus initiative :- ASP Distribution, Product Mix, Margin analysis and other initiative my senior management. 

 

  1. Internal Control :- Ensuring the requisite SOP's of the above specified overall roles & responsibilities are created & updated to ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness

 

  1. Systems and Processes – Help to identify, institute and maintain processes that would ensure the integrity and timeliness of financial and management accounting and reporting to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

 

 

Functional Skills

 

  • Exposure to ERP environment, working in a SAP environment – BI Tool understanding.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of basic taxation laws & accounting standards.
  • Knowledge of General Accounting.
  • Good eye on Processes for Establishing & compliance with Internal Controls.
  • Should be able to work with the team, perform under pressure and within short deadlines.
